WHAT WE DID
A three-pronged approach was devised to fulfil the ask: Audience Analysis, Product Sentiment and Industry Landscape. We deep dived into the Azure’s core target audience - the developers, their digital behaviour, preference and pain-points, we did in-depth analysis of user conversations and sentiments of Azure across all digital media platforms and finally evaluated Azure’s competitors’ digital presence to analyze the nature of content, level of engagement and target audience.
HOW DID IT HELP
The insights emerged from the study was taken to build a content strategy to elevate the brand positioning of Azure as the preferred cloud platform of choice for developers in the APAC region.
